The new Monte Mare Hotel opened in 2023 on the coast of the Bar Riviera, in the resort village of Čanj. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Pearl Beach. The town has several sports grounds and many restaurants, bars and cafes. There is a city bus several times a day that takes you to Budva or Bar.

Petrovac is 10 km away, and Buljarica Beach is 8.2 km away. Near the Pearl Beach, there is the popular Kraličina Beach, which can be reached by one of the boats. The distance from Podgorica airport is 40 km, from Tivat – 48 km.
