Our team consists of positive and energetic young people, true professionals. It is important for us that all customers receive quality services, so we constantly monitor the condition of hotels and villas, choose comfortable buses and minivans for transfer. We are sensitive to the centuries-old traditions of Montenegro, and therefore, we involve only the best guide-historians in excursions.
Montenegro is a unique place in the world with stunning nature, sea, beaches, mountain rivers, canyons, amazing national cuisine. Therefore, all the excursions offered by the company will amaze you with the diversity and breadth of geography.
Each hotel/private apartment is assigned a representative of R-TOURS. The phone number is indicated in the R-TOURS information book or on the company’s information stand in the hotel. All phone numbers of representatives support Viber/WhatsApp.
Recommendation
We recommend attending the first information meeting for all our guests. During the meeting, the representative will inform you about the resort and the country, assist you in choosing the best sightseeing routes, and help you plan a recreation program. They will also provide information about the departure point for the return group transfer, from which stop the guests will depart for the airport.
The venue for the first informational meeting is most often the hotel reception on the 1st floor, or in the courtyard. If it is a private apartment, it is also possible to organise a meeting in a neighbourhood villa/apartment. We recommend that you carefully read the information on the envelope!

Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the representative at the resort: to make the tourists vacation as comfortable and memorable as possible, to tell about the safety rules at the resort, to familiarize with the excursion routes, to check the correct accommodation of tourists, according to the voucher, to inform about the return transfer and provide information support to guests during business hours from 08:00 until 20:00, at other times only in emergency cases.

Services
The representative is responsible for the services provided ONLY by R-TOURS. For services purchased not from a representative of the R-TOURS company, small street agencies, or private companies with whom there is no cooperation agreement, the representative is not responsible. The representative and the company are not responsible for incidents of a criminal nature – in this case, we strongly recommend that tourists contact the special authorities at the place of stay. A representative can only provide advisory support. The representative cannot act as an interpreter, assist in medical purposes and transport patients.
