Nine villas named after the regions that were once part of the Kingdom of Serbia - Srbija, Bosna, Hecegovina, Vojvodina, Dalmacija, Slavonija, Hrvatska, Crna Gora and Pogled. All villas were built at the end of 19 - beginning 20 century, but completely renovated in hotels 3 *. Only the appearance is preserved.
