The building houses a therapeutic department, clinic, 2 restaurants, 4 aperitif bars, sports and recreation center, conference room, beauty salon, dentist’s office, shops.

Treatment factors: mud from the Igalo Bay has a high level of minerals and biologically active substances; mineral water – an important factor in treatment and rehabilitation. Prophylaxis: Anti-stress program, prevention of osteoporosis and metabolic disorders, weight loss program. Doctors: a physiotherapist, a rheumatology, a cardiologist and other specialists.

For organized sports groups, the Institute offers: accommodation, meals, therapeutic unit, sports pool, gym, sports hall for most sports, sauna, medical and therapeutic assistance, equipped meeting rooms, the possibility of organizing friendly matches.
Near the Institute are: Sports Center 150 m for all sports, open sports grounds and tennis; a 7-minute walk from a grass football field; additional platforms with all equipment.
