The villa has its own courtyard with a barbecue, where guests can enjoy a relaxation with morning coffee, or in the evening with a glass of wine, with beautiful views of the Adriatic Sea and mountains. Here you can rent a bicycle and go to inspect the surroundings, or walk warm in the promenade. Next to the apartment there is a bus stop, from where you can get to the nearest resorts or move around the city.
